So why doesn't anyone at Magic Jack seem to care about my problem?
ReplyDeleteMagic Jack is a SCAM, its customer service is useless, they don't solve any issues.
ReplyDeleteThey say my account is "under review", what review? if it is prepaid, i should be working.
I've contacted Magic Jack's customer service several times and all they say is that I have to be patient and wait for an email they will send me.
Obviously, the email never arrives, it is very frustrating.
If anyone wants to start a Class Action Suit, I'm in.
